My orders

Accessing Your Orders

To access your orders, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website using your credentials.
  2. Once you’re logged in, look for the Orders tab. Click on it to proceed.

Viewing Order Details

When you access the Orders section, you’ll be presented with a list of all your orders, including the order number, date, status, total, and three buttons: View, PDF Invoice (to download it), and View license key(s). To view the details of a specific order, click on the order number or the View button next to the respective order.

On the dedicated order details page, you’ll find the following information:

  • Order Number: A unique identifier for the order.
  • Order Date: The date when the order was placed.
  • Order Status: The current status of the order, such as “Processing,” “Completed,” or “Cancelled.”

Downloads

In the Downloads section, you’ll find details for each item you’ve purchased, including:

  • Product Name: The name of the plugin you purchased.
  • Downloads Remaining: The number of downloads remaining for the plugin.
  • Expiration Date: The date when the download link will expire.
  • Download: A link to download the plugin files.

License Keys

In the License Keys section, you can find the license key(s) associated with the order. You have the option to download the license key(s) as a CSV or TXT file. The section includes the following information:

  • Product Name: The name of the plugin for which the license key is provided.
  • License Key: The unique key that activates the plugin.

Order Details

The Order Details section provides a comprehensive overview of the products purchased and the total amount paid for the order. It includes the following details for each item:

  • Product Name: The name of the plugin you purchased.
  • Quantity: The number of licenses or instances of the plugin you bought.
  • Price: The price per license or instance.
  • Total: The total amount for the specific item.

Billing Address

At the bottom of the order details page, you’ll find the Billing Address associated with the order. This includes the address provided during the purchase process.
